Delivery standards
Booking & Availability
Customers can book skip bins online through WasteCo’s postcode-based availability system. Service areas are subject to availability and may vary depending on location.
Timeliness
Deliveries must be completed within the scheduled timeframe. Any delays must be communicated to the customer immediately.
Placement
Bins and portable toilets must be placed in safe, accessible, and customer-approved locations—following placement instructions as closely as safely possible. Delivery personnel should assess site conditions and adjust placement only when necessary to ensure safety, accessibility, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Portable toilets—hygiene & servicing
Toilets are delivered fully stocked and cleaned.
Regular servicing of portable toilets is scheduled based on the agreed frequency with the customer. Where no specific servicing schedule is defined, servicing will be provided on demand, subject to availability and operational capacity.
Emergency servicing is available via the 24-hour hotline on 0800 341 11 11
Skip bins—waste sorting & environmental responsibility
Where possible, WasteCo sorts all collected waste to reduce landfill impact and disposal costs.
Customers are encouraged to separate waste types (for example: general, green, or hard fill) during booking.
Pricing & service updates
All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly specified otherwise.
All services must be paid in full prior to delivery. WasteCo reserves the right to withhold delivery until payment has been received and confirmed.
Health & safety
Delivery personnel must adhere to all applicable health and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe lifting techniques, and site-specific safety requirements.
All delivery sites must be assessed for potential hazards prior to delivery. This includes evaluating access routes, placement areas, and environmental conditions to ensure safe and compliant service execution.
Customer support & escalation
