Acquisition of Civic Waste Limited by WasteCo Group Limited

WasteCo is pleased to confirm that it has completed the purchase of the shares of Civic Waste. In a very tough market we have bought a very good NZ business, raised a good amount of capital from existing shareholders and brought on a significant new investor, Simon Herbert.
